• Good experience over IT Technical sourcing in multiple Skill-sets.
• Should have experience in Cold Calling.
• Ability to work in tight deadline & close the positions within the SLA’s
• Willingness & ability to handle end to end recruitment.
• Should be able to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Interaction with the candidates and briefing them about the requirement.
• Good Communication skills, Preferable candidate should have 6 months experience in Contract Staffing.
• Conduct initial HR interviews (Telephonic). Follow up on the feedbacks.
• Should have good understanding of various IT terminologies.
• Maintaining candidate trackers, weekly delivery reports, and strongly adhering to the recruitment process.
