• Understanding the various integration requirements from Zonal/Regional B2C E-Com Customers and helping the Development team with proper requirements.
• Onboarding and successful Implementation of various B2C E-com customers with integration on the IT Platform with help of Zonal/ Regional OPS and Sales Team.
• Supporting in Applications setup, configuration, and hand-holding to Internal International Teams specifically on e-Commerce services.
• Involve with local Business, OPS, Channel, and Sales teams to understand the local tactical requirements and connect with the central IT team for fast resolutions on various E-com related challenges and requirements.
• Specialized Training and hand-holding of critical application features, latest system Developments mainly related to E-Commerce services to the local Business, OPS, sales, and customer from time to time.
• Good Communication Skills.
• Good knowledge of various Integration methodologies.
• Basic understanding of SDLC.
• Good experience in T1-level Application support.
• Training Capabilities.
• Basic understanding of Database Management Systems.
• Possesses basic knowledge of client-server and Internet systems architectures.
• Understands browser-specific compatibility issues.
• Functional Testing capabilities.
